About

An engineer who enjoys hard problems across the stack.

I'm a final year Information Technology student at PICT, Pune, currently working as a Software Engineer at NPCI, the organization behind UPI. There I work on post quantum cryptography for mobile, offline CBDC wallets and UPI Lite.

I like problems where correctness really matters, where a double spend, a leaked key or a dropped transaction is never acceptable. That led my team to build an offline Digital Rupee wallet that won the Reserve Bank of India's Global Hackathon against national and international banks.

I enjoy working across the stack. I've built full stack products used by 1K+ people, an AI powered DevOps platform where agents analyze repos and ship to production, and I led the infrastructure for TechFiesta, scaling it to 11K+ requests with zero downtime.

  • Developed mobile side infrastructure for Post Quantum Cryptography, enabling secure execution of ML-KEM, ML-DSA, SLH-DSA and WBSL-DSA under mobile resource constraints.

A-SPARSH

An offline CBDC wallet that lets two phones transfer Digital Rupee over Bluetooth with no internet at all, while keeping signing keys safe on ordinary phones that have no secure element.

  • Phone to phone transfer over an encrypted BLE tunnel: QR handshake, AES-256-GCM transfer blocks and signed acknowledgements
  • UTXO token ledger with double spend prevention using Merkle roots, nullifiers, Pedersen commitments and range proofs
  • White box cryptography so private keys never sit in memory, with a shared Rust core for Android and iOS

Trust Layer for Agentic Commerce

AgentKit

Lets any third party AI agent shop on a merchant's behalf while making it structurally impossible for that agent to move money on its own. It assumes the model is already compromised and bounds the worst case.

  • Agents only propose. An isolated kernel with no model authorises, and only the executor holds payment credentials
  • 19 rule policy engine covering mandates, scopes, caps, velocity and step up, with 26 stable reason codes
  • Ed25519 signed intents over RFC 8785 canonical JSON, single use quotes and a hash chained, append only ledger

Cryptographic Inventory & Quantum Risk Engine

ECDAT

Finds every piece of cryptography across source code, binaries, certificates, server configs and live TLS endpoints, scores its quantum risk, and generates the migration code. Runs fully offline as a single 3.6 MB Rust binary.

  • Five collectors (Java AST via tree-sitter, ELF/PE/Mach-O binaries, X.509, configs, TLS probing) merged into one CycloneDX 1.6 CBOM
  • Probabilistic Mosca risk model and crypto agility scoring rank what to migrate first
  • CI gate that fails builds on new weak crypto, plus generated migrations to ML-KEM-768 hybrid and ML-DSA-65
